We are looking for a metalworker and welder/composer
VDB Technics / Drop-pit bv is a family business with an international character specializing in sales and maintenance of professional garden machinery and mowing robots for sports and golf courses.
We also produce our Drop-pit, a complete ball management system for the golf driving range. Our Drop-pit is leading the way in the golf sector. Due to the growing interest at home and abroad, we are expanding our production and looking for an experienced All-round metalworker / assembler to strengthen our team.
As a Welder/Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the production and assembly of our Drop-pit.
Your responsibilities:
- Perform welding work according to technical specifications.
- Composing and assembling metal parts.
- Quality control of assembled products
Your experiences:
- You have experience in semi-automatic and TIG welding of steel and stainless steel;
- You have a metalworking degree or at least 2 years of experience;
- You have at least 2 years of experience product or machine assembler;
- Basic knowledge of electricity is a plus.
Your experiences:
- You have a passion for technique, mechanics and craftsmanship;
- You speak and understand Dutch well and have a good command of English;
- You are all-round and versatile in production as a fitter / welder;
- You have a stable work history;
- You have an eye for detail and like to deliver quality work;
- You have a hands-on mentality;
- You are eager to learn and carry out other tasks in the company;
- You want to be part of a team, but can work independently;
We offer you :
- A contract of 38 hours per week (negotiable)
- You will work in a fixed day shift, where flexibility is possible
- On Friday we set the weekend as early as 3:00 p.m. and there is time for a nice closing.
